Tom Yum

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Patrón Silver infused with coriander and Kaffir lime
• 7 oz milk
• 0.35 oz lime juice
• 0.35 oz agave syrup
• 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
• 4 coriander
• 2 lemongrass
• 2 pepper

Directions

1. 1Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake and pour into a whiskey glass rimmed with shrimp salt.
3. 3Garnish with coriander and dried chili pepper.
4. 4Optional shrimp salt: mix 150g of shrimp powder with 250g of salt.
