Venetian Spritz
The authentic Italian spritz from Venice combining Prosecco, a bitter aperitivo liqueur, and a splash of soda for an aperitivo-hour classic.
Ingredients
- 3 fl oz. Prosecco
- 2 fl oz. Select or Aperol
- 1 splash soda water
Directions
- 1Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- 2Add Prosecco, then the aperitivo.
- 3Add a splash of soda water.
- 4Stir briefly and garnish with an olive and orange slice.
