White Cargo
An unusual Prohibition-era gin drink blended with vanilla ice cream — decadent and creamy.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. gin
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 0.5 fl oz. dry white wine
Directions
- 1Combine gin, ice cream, and white wine in a blender.
- 2Blend until smooth and frothy.
- 3Pour into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Serve immediately.
