White Negroni
A lighter variation of the Negroni using Suze and Lillet Blanc instead of Campari and sweet vermouth.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. gin
- 0.75 fl oz. Lillet Blanc
- 0.75 fl oz. Suze
Directions
- 1Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
- 2Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 3Garnish with a lemon peel.
