Aperol Spritz
The Aperol Spritz is an Italian wine-based cocktail, commonly served as an aperitivo. It consists of Prosecco, Aperol, and soda water.
Ingredients
- 3 fl oz. Prosecco
- 2 fl oz. Aperol
- 1 splash soda water
Directions
- 1Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- 2Add Prosecco, then Aperol.
- 3Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with an orange slice.
