Bamboo
A supremely elegant low-ABV cocktail combining dry sherry and dry vermouth with aromatic bitters.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. fino sherry
- 1.5 fl oz. dry vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
Directions
- 1Combine sherry, dry vermouth, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
