Bamboo

Ingredients

• 1.5 fl oz. fino sherry
• 1.5 fl oz. dry vermouth
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters

Directions

1. 1Combine sherry, dry vermouth, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir until well chilled.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
