Batanga
A classic Mexican highball of tequila, Mexican cola, and fresh lime juice served in a salt-rimmed glass.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. blanco tequila
- 4 fl oz. Mexican cola (e.g. Coca-Cola)
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch salt (for rim)
Directions
- 1Salt the rim of a highball glass.
- 2Fill the glass with ice.
- 3Pour in the tequila and lime juice.
- 4Top with Mexican cola.
- 5Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.
