Bijou
A jewel-like cocktail blending gin, sweet vermouth, and green Chartreuse with orange bitters — rich and herbal.
Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 1 fl oz. green Chartreuse
- 1 dash orange bitters
Directions
- 1Combine gin, sweet vermouth, Chartreuse, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir well until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a cherry and lemon twist.
