Blue Hawaiian
A tropical cocktail combining rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and coconut cream for a brilliant blue color.
Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. white rum
- 1 fl oz. blue curacao
- 3 fl oz. pineapple juice
- 1 fl oz. cream of coconut
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice.
- 2Blend until smooth.
- 3Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- 4Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.
