Blue Moon
A lovely purple-hued gin cocktail from the 1930s with crème de violette and a hint of lemon.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 0.5 fl oz. crème de violette
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
Directions
- 1Combine gin, crème de violette, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
