Bobby Burns
A classic Scotch cocktail named after the Scottish poet, combining Scotch with sweet vermouth and Bénédictine for a complex, spirit-forward drink.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. blended Scotch whisky
- 1.5 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 0.25 fl oz. Bénédictine
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
