Brandy Flip
A classic Victorian flip of brandy, whole egg, and simple syrup — creamy, warming, and timeless.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. brandy
- 1 tsp. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg
Directions
- 1Combine brandy, simple syrup, and egg in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake vigorously without ice.
- 3Add ice and shake again until chilled.
- 4Strain into a chilled coupe and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
