Brown Derby
A Prohibition-era Hollywood cocktail combining bourbon, fresh grapefruit juice, and honey syrup for a perfectly balanced drink.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon
- 1 fl oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 fl oz. honey syrup
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
