Buck's Fizz
The British cousin of the Mimosa, combining Champagne with fresh orange juice in a classic brunch ratio of two parts bubbly to one part juice.

Ingredients
- 4 fl oz. Champagne
- 2 fl oz. fresh orange juice
Directions
- 1Chill a Champagne flute.
- 2Pour orange juice into the flute.
- 3Top with chilled Champagne.
- 4Stir very gently and serve.
