The British cousin of the Mimosa, combining Champagne with fresh orange juice in a classic brunch ratio of two parts bubbly to one part juice.

  1. 1Chill a Champagne flute.
  2. 2Pour orange juice into the flute.
  3. 3Top with chilled Champagne.
  4. 4Stir very gently and serve.
