A golden era gin cocktail with maraschino, orange bitters, and lemon juice — a close cousin of the Martinez.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. Old Tom gin
- 0.5 fl oz. maraschino liqueur
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Directions
- 1Combine gin, maraschino, lemon juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a cherry and lemon twist.
