Chrysanthemum

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. dry vermouth
• 0.75 fl oz. Bénédictine
• 1 tsp. absinthe

Directions

1. 1Combine dry vermouth, Bénédictine, and absinthe in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir until well chilled.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Garnish with an orange twist.
