Coronation
A regal pre-Prohibition cocktail blending dry sherry, dry vermouth, maraschino, and orange bitters.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. dry sherry
- 1.5 fl oz. dry vermouth
- 1 tsp. maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Directions
- 1Combine sherry, dry vermouth, maraschino, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
