Ernest Hemingway's own invention: a simple but potent combination of absinthe and Champagne with an arresting louche effect.
Directions
- 1Pour absinthe into a chilled Champagne flute.
- 2Slowly top with cold Champagne.
- 3The absinthe will louche as the Champagne is added.
- 4Serve immediately.
