East India Cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. brandy
• 0.5 fl oz. pineapple syrup
• 0.5 fl oz. orange curaçao
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Directions

1. 1Combine brandy, pineapple syrup, curaçao, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake until chilled.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
