East India Cocktail
A Victorian-era brandy cocktail with pineapple syrup, orange curaçao, and Angostura bitters.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. brandy
- 0.5 fl oz. pineapple syrup
- 0.5 fl oz. orange curaçao
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Combine brandy, pineapple syrup, curaçao, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
