Elderflower Fizz
A light and floral cocktail made with elderflower liqueur, gin, cucumber, and prosecco.
Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. elderflower liqueur
- 1 fl oz. gin
- 3 slices cucumber
- 3 fl oz. prosecco
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
Directions
- 1Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker.
- 2Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice with ice.
- 3Shake well and strain into a wine glass over ice.
- 4Top with prosecco and garnish with cucumber ribbons.
