A dry martini variation distinguished by its cocktail onion garnish, giving it a subtle savory note.

Ingredients
- 2.5 fl oz. gin
- 0.5 fl oz. dry vermouth
- 1 cocktail onion (garnish)
Directions
- 1Combine gin and dry vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- 4Garnish with a cocktail onion.
