Gin Elderflower Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
• 1/2 lime
• 1/2 oz Simple syrup
• Club soda or sparkling water

Directions

1. 1Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill while you prepare the cocktail.
2. 2In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup.
3. 3Add ice to the shaker.
4. 4Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to thoroughly mix all the ingredients and chill them.
5. 5Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
6. 6Top the glass with club soda to achieve the desired fizziness.
7. 7Garnish the cocktail with a twist of lime zest.
