Gin Flip
A lesser-known but delightful flip with gin, whole egg, and simple syrup — botanical and silky.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 1 tsp. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg
Directions
- 1Combine gin, simple syrup, and egg in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake vigorously without ice.
- 3Add ice and shake again until chilled.
- 4Strain into a chilled coupe and grate nutmeg on top.
