Gold Rush
The Gold Rush is a modern classic cocktail made with bourbon, honey syrup, and fresh lemon juice. It was created at Milk & Honey in New York City.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon whiskey
- 0.75 fl oz. honey syrup
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 3Garnish with lemon twist.
