Hanky Panky
The Hanky Panky is a classic cocktail made with gin, sweet vermouth, and Fernet-Branca. It was created by Ada Coleman at the Savoy Hotel in London.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. gin
- 1.5 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Fernet-Branca
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with orange peel.
