Hugo Spritz

The Hugo Spritz is a refreshing cocktail originating from South Tyrol, Italy. It is made with Prosecco, elderflower syrup, fresh mint, and soda water.

Ingredients

  • 3 fl oz. Prosecco
  • 1 fl oz. elderflower syrup
  • 1 splash soda water
  • 4 leaves fresh mint

Directions

  1. 1Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. 2Add elderflower syrup and Prosecco.
  3. 3Top with soda water.
  4. 4Garnish with fresh mint and lime slice.
