Hugo Spritz
The Hugo Spritz is a refreshing cocktail originating from South Tyrol, Italy. It is made with Prosecco, elderflower syrup, fresh mint, and soda water.
Ingredients
- 3 fl oz. Prosecco
- 1 fl oz. elderflower syrup
- 1 splash soda water
- 4 leaves fresh mint
Directions
- 1Fill a wine glass with ice.
- 2Add elderflower syrup and Prosecco.
- 3Top with soda water.
- 4Garnish with fresh mint and lime slice.
