Jack Rose
A pre-Prohibition classic made with applejack, grenadine, and fresh lime juice for a tart, rosy cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. applejack
- 0.5 fl oz. grenadine
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
Directions
- 1Combine applejack, grenadine, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel.
