Japanese Ice Tea

A refreshing East-meets-West cocktail inspired by the Long Island Iced Tea, substituting melon liqueur (such as Midori) for triple sec to give it a distinctive sweet, fruity green character.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 fl oz. vodka
  • 0.5 fl oz. white rum
  • 0.5 fl oz. tequila
  • 0.5 fl oz. gin
  • 0.5 fl oz. melon liqueur (Midori)
  • 1 fl oz. sweet and sour mix
  • 2 fl oz. lemon-lime soda

Directions

  1. 1Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. 2Add vodka, rum, tequila, gin, and melon liqueur.
  3. 3Add sweet and sour mix and stir.
  4. 4Top with lemon-lime soda.
  5. 5Garnish with a melon ball or lime wedge and serve.
