Kentucky Colonel
A southern bourbon cocktail with Bénédictine and a mint garnish — smooth, herbal, and subtly sweet.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon
- 0.5 fl oz. Bénédictine
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Combine bourbon, Bénédictine, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a mint sprig.
