Kentucky Mule
A Southern variation of the Moscow Mule substituting bourbon for vodka, offering a richer, caramel-forward take on the classic mule.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon
- 4 fl oz. ginger beer
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
Directions
- 1Fill a copper mug with ice.
- 2Add bourbon and lime juice.
- 3Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- 4Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
