Kingston Negroni
A Jamaican spin on the Negroni swapping gin for overproof rum for a bolder, more tropical take on the Italian classic.
Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. Jamaican overproof rum
- 1 fl oz. Campari
- 1 fl oz. sweet vermouth
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Garnish with an orange twist.
