Lemon Meringue Martini
A dessert-inspired martini with limoncello, vanilla vodka, cream, and lemon juice — tart and creamy.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. vanilla vodka
- 0.75 fl oz. limoncello
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. heavy cream
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until chilled and frothy.
- 3Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist and a tiny meringue cookie.
