A rye-based classic with sweet vermouth, Amer Picon, and orange bitters — bitter, complex, and beautifully balanced.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. rye whiskey
- 0.75 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 0.5 fl oz. Amer Picon
- 1 dash orange bitters
Directions
- 1Combine rye, sweet vermouth, Amer Picon, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
