Mezcal Negroni
A Mezcal Negroni is a smoky variation of the classic Negroni, substituting mezcal for gin. It features mezcal, sweet vermouth, and Campari.

Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. mezcal
- 1 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 1 fl oz. Campari
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Garnish with orange peel.
