Mezcal Sour
A smoky sour cocktail made with mezcal, lime juice, agave syrup, and egg white.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. mezcal
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.5 fl oz. agave syrup
- 1 whole egg white
Directions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3Strain into a coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a few drops of mole bitters and a lime wheel.
