Negroni Sbagliato
The 'mistaken' Negroni — replacing gin with prosecco for a lighter, bubbly, bittersweet aperitivo.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. Campari
- 1.5 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 1.5 fl oz. prosecco
Directions
- 1Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- 2Add Campari and sweet vermouth and stir gently.
- 3Top with prosecco.
- 4Garnish with an orange slice.
