Palmetto
A forgotten classic blending aged rum and dry vermouth with orange bitters — elegant and understated.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. aged rum
- 1 fl oz. dry vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Directions
- 1Combine rum, dry vermouth, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
