Palmetto

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. aged rum
• 1 fl oz. dry vermouth
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Directions

1. 1Combine rum, dry vermouth, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir until well chilled.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
