Passion Fruit Lemonade
A tropical, exotic non-alcoholic drink bursting with the intense sweet-tart flavor of passion fruit and fresh lemon.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. passion fruit pulp
- 1.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 4 fl oz. sparkling water
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- 1Combine passion fruit pulp, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
- 3Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- 4Garnish with a passion fruit half.
