Pear Sidecar
An elegant seasonal riff on the Sidecar using pear eau-de-vie, Cointreau, and fresh lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. pear brandy
- 0.75 fl oz. Cointreau
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
Directions
- 1Rim a coupe glass with sugar.
- 2Combine pear brandy, Cointreau, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake vigorously until chilled.
- 4Strain into the prepared coupe and garnish with a pear slice.
