Pendennis Club
A classic gin and apricot brandy cocktail from Louisville's Pendennis Club, said to be the inspiration for the Southside.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. apricot brandy
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lime twist.
