Peruvian Pisco Punch
A San Francisco Gold Rush-era classic punch showcasing Peruvian pisco with pineapple, lime, and simple syrup.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. Peruvian pisco
- 1 fl oz. fresh pineapple juice
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
Directions
- 1Combine pisco, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a pineapple wedge and lime wheel.
