Ingredients

• 1 oz Mezcal
• 1 oz Pierre Ferrand dry Curacao
• .75 oz Lime juice
• .5 oz Simple syrup
• .75 oz Aquafaba

Directions

1. 1Place the Pick a Daisy cocktail ingredients in a shaker.
2. 2Add ice (optional).
3. 3Shave vigorously.
4. 4Pour into a coupe and enjoy.
