Pink Gin Fizz
A blush-pink fizz with rosé gin, raspberry syrup, lemon, and sparkling water — elegant and fruity.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. pink gin
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. raspberry syrup
- 3 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine pink gin, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake until chilled.
- 3Strain into a tall glass over ice.
- 4Top with soda water and garnish with raspberries and a lemon wheel.
