Passion Star Martini

Ingredients

• 1.5 fl oz. vanilla vodka
• 1 fl oz. passion fruit liqueur
• 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
• 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
• 1 shot glass prosecco (on the side)

Directions

1. 1Combine vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously until chilled.
3. 3Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. 4Garnish with a halved passion fruit and serve a shot of prosecco alongside.
