Rob Roy
A Rob Roy is a cocktail made with Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth, and bitters. It is essentially a Manhattan made with Scotch.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. Scotch whisky
- 1 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir well until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- 4Garnish with a cherry.
