Royal Mojito

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 5 cl rum
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 6 mint leaves
• champagne
• crushed ice

Directions

1. 1Plunder the ice.
2. 2Crush the mint with a little sugar and rum.
3. 3Squeeze the juice from the lime.
4. 4In a tumbler-type glass:
5. 5Fill it with crushed ice.
6. 6Add the lime juice and the mint leaves.
7. 7Add the rum.
8. 8Complete with champagne.
