Rum Cobbler
A tropical Victorian-era cobbler with aged rum, pineapple syrup, and lime served over crushed ice.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. aged rum
- 0.5 fl oz. pineapple syrup
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
Directions
- 1Add rum, pineapple syrup, and lime juice to a goblet.
- 2Fill with crushed ice and swizzle.
- 3Top with more crushed ice.
- 4Garnish generously with tropical fruit and a mint sprig.
