Rum Old Fashioned
A tropical twist on the Old Fashioned, made with aged rum, demerara syrup, and bitters.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. aged rum
- 0.25 fl oz. demerara syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
Directions
- 1Combine rum, syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- 4Garnish with an orange twist.
