Southern Mule
A smooth Southern twist on the mule with bourbon instead of vodka, ginger beer, and a squeeze of lemon.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 4 fl oz. ginger beer
Directions
- 1Fill a copper mug with ice.
- 2Add bourbon and lemon juice.
- 3Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- 4Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
