Strawberry Aperol Spritz
A fruity twist on the beloved Aperol Spritz with fresh strawberry purée for an extra layer of summer sweetness.
Ingredients
- 3 fl oz. Prosecco
- 2 fl oz. Aperol
- 1 fl oz. fresh strawberry purée
- 1 splash soda water
Directions
- 1Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- 2Add strawberry purée and Aperol.
- 3Top with Prosecco and a splash of soda water.
- 4Stir gently and garnish with a fresh strawberry and orange slice.
